Our Experienced Staff
Chris Austin
Owner
Chris is a retired, of 20 years, military member. He has spent time in the Army, Air Force and the Private Sector. Chris was born and raised in New York. He became a permanent resident of this area in 2002 when he arrived at Fort Stewart for his last duty station in the Army. While his training specialized in protective services and Combat Arms Instructor. Chris has always had a second job building houses or installing seamless gutters on some of the biggest houses in the area. Over time he built such a reputation as an expert installer he couldn’t help but go into business for himself, solely creating Austin Exteriors LLC.
Chris is a man of values, morals and has a special relationship with Jesus Christ. He will most likely be found at church or doing something spontaneous with his wife and adult kids.
Victor Thomson
Sales Manager
Victor is recently retired, of 22 years, military member. He has spent time in theArmy, Air Force and the Private Sector. Prior to and during his military career, Victor developed a knack for all things construction which included being part owner in a Vinyl Siding Company. One of his main roles in the military had Victor overseeing the logistics for multi million dollar budgets for different units. His leadership abilities along with his work ethic made him a perfect fit for the company. Victor is a family man that always strives for perfection. The mindset that he brings is always trying to help the customer with design,functionality and budget. He is always thinking of the customers house as if it were his own. His honesty on what is/not needed is always a welcomed attribute to the customer.
Kim Provanchie
Office & Financial Advisor
Kim has been in the Administrative field for over 30 years. She started working with Austin Exteriors in 2019 as the Office and Financial manager. Some of her hobbies include kayaking, fishing and spending time with family and friends by the pool. She is passionate about helping her son, Chris Austin with his growing business. Since 2008 Kim has been 40 hours OSHA certified for the construction, safety and health industry. She can think quickly on her feet, demonstrating strong problem-solving and leadership skills. Striving to keep the environment a place where our team can thrive.
Lisa Clark
Administrative Assistant/Customer & Sales Support Manager
Lisa has been in the administrative field for over 10 years. Five years ago she started working for Austin Exteriors selling our products. She is now the Administrative Assistant /Customer and Sales Support Manager. Some things she enjoys are being out on the water, reading and spending time with family and friends. She is compassionate and strives to create a positive high functioning work place., along with being highly communicative and an active listener. She is caring and empathetic, making fellow employees and customers her top priority. These skills make her a great asset to the company.
